Background and experience

Alessandro has worked in Amsterdam for seven years as in-house counsel.

In his role of responsible of the Italian desk, he focused on international debt collection, negotiation of disputed contracts and claims and insolvency procedures.

He has assisted large multinationals especially in the credit insurance sector.

In 2011 he moved to The Netherlands where he has obtained an LLM at Universiteit van Amsterdam in International and EU law, with specialization in European competition law.

At the beginning of his career, he has worked for a number of years as lawyer for two Italian law firms covering issues related to private, commercial and insolvency law.
